Fall is no time to take risks with your skin and health. The sun may be rising later and setting earlier but its rays are no less damaging. In fact, with the cessation of summer heat, many people spend more time outside, thus receive more exposure to UV rays . Dermatologists now frequently recommend an SPF of 15 to 20 for all skin types during autumn. We recommend that you make a generously brimmed hat an indispensable part of your fall wardrobe. It’s a good idea to keep a favorite hat in the car for unplanned outings.
