She is a graduate of the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Polly studied millinery under the finest teachers in America.

In 2021, Polly expanded her brand to include a collection of loose leaf, artisan tea blends. The tea collection, playfully named after hats, has been wildly successful!
Polly’s speaking presentations have continued to grow as she consistently hosts and speaks to sold out events with audiences numbering in the triple digits. She is a popular speaker, working with upscale venues and corporations to inspire and entertain guests.
Polly holds certification in the Art of Afternoon Tea etiquette and is a member of the International Etiquette Trainers Society.

Prior to making hats, Polly worked in the music business at Premier Talent, Columbia Records/SONY, Radio City Music Hall and EMI Records Group. She worked on recording projects and tours featuring Frank Sinatra, U2 and Harry Connick, Jr.
