Being a designer of bridal veils, I don’t actually get to witness many weddings where my veils are worn. However a few weeks ago, one of the first models from my website got married and I had the pleasure of attending her wedding.
Many people are having fall weddings and it can be a great time of the year for a wedding. Morgan’s wedding was the first Saturday of October and the weather was absolutely perfect. The reception was held at her parents home, which happens to be on a lovely, picturesque farm. The wedding was at 11:00 a.m. and a brunch reception held afterwards. The trees were just starting to turn as we ventured down the country road, passing horse farms, on our way to her reception.
Morgan’s bridesmaids wore a deep emerald green, which looked stunning in the photos. The wedding was a family affair. Morgan’s parents have quite a bit of experience with weddings as they own the bridal boutique Modiste in Lexington, Kentucky.
